* HRVALU's customer is a company with 100% Japanese investment capital and needs to recruit Purchasing Supervisor as the follows:

1. Handle local & oversea purchase to supply goods/service to meet requirement of production comply with company policy & procedure.

2. Contact with oversea headquarter for supplier.

3. Look for potential suppliers & negotiate purchase conditions: price, delivery, payment, warranty, etc.

4. Carry out cost reduction activity, such as: VA/VE, localization plan

5. Monitor performance of supplier & process supplier evaluation (if neccessary)

6. Set up section's KPI & follow up

7. Train new staff & other jobs assigned by direct superior.

* There is shutte car from Hanoi

1. Bachelor degree in Economic or related field

2. At least 3 year experience at equivalent position in purchasing in a FDI manufacturing company

3. Good communication in English (must have)

4. Skills: Be strong at negotiation, leadership, problem solving, deep knowledge in purchasing conditions & trade term skills

5. Female, male age from 33 up
